Extra! Extra! (2:09 AM)
Okay! To enable me to have a solid base to look back at, in case IAP needs any reflections or report, I've decided to set up this blog to keep track.
Day 1 was pretty basic, got introduced to my collegues, familiarised with the workplace and did some basic jobs like searching for contact point and such.
Moving on, I've been attached to Geraldine, who I will work with, to co-ordinate the event, 'We will rock you' the musical@esplandade.
She was so busy today that she didn't have time to attend or brief me. At all times I could see her on the phone talking to clients. Anyway, she will brief me on the event itself tomorrow, to slowly rope me into the project.
This whole company is about events, events, and more events. not surprisingly. I do not know if it is my passion, because it is tough for me to sit down at a desk the whole time. but well, who knows! it is never to late to start.
I felt kinda lost on day 1, but this is sure a good stepping stone for me into the real workforce!
Apart from all these work, I've been reading up on the musical to know more facts about it, so I can better do my job in the upcoming days.
that's all for tonight, off to bed like now, 2.14am due to NUM's corporate meeting. getting up at 7.30 tomorrow!
