i was pretty shocked to read about a portion of this particular country having a portion of their parliament members with criminal records. about 1/3 if i remember correctly, read it from straits times.
okay, not exactly that shocking anyway. wonder if anyone knows which country is it without reading. probably can't digest it because in Singapore, I think chances are very slim or you won't be eligible to hold important posts with any unpleasant records.
