Extra! Extra! (10:25 PM)
Went to set up Orchard Ion's Oka b. store today. Reached at 9am man. My gym time become work. NB. Lots of tagging, cleaning and setting up to do. But we managed to complete everything by 8pm.
Store looked pretty cool actually! Forgot to take a picture of it with my phone. Orchard Ion is quite massive.. It includes very atas brands like Vertu, Tag Heuer, LV.. of cos, Oka b.
Anyway, Havaianas opened their own boutique there as well! Think they've witnessed the success in Sz bringing in the flip flop and created the market here in Singapore, spotted the opportunity and came in. (At least that's what i suspect?) :X
This week is abit packed, need to do quite a bit of stuff. Cannot neglect gym though. Anyway, training method is CHANGED.
No more 8 exercises per body part with abs. Changing it to 6. Do it the Triple H way. Low volume, high intensity. Going to hit all body parts hard. Hopefully get the massive structure of 83kg by end of next mth. Then will alter training methods again. :)
